If you are a Cypriot citizen, then your best option for traveling to Turkey is an Electronic Visa. An Electronic visa is valid for three months and can be used for any purpose. You will need to provide your passport information and the name of the person you are visiting. You will also need to upload a photo of yourself. The cost of an electronic visa is $30 USD.

Where can I get an A eVisa?

If you are a Cypriot citizen and wish to visit Turkey, you will first need to obtain an A eVisa. There are a few ways to do this:

3.Apply online through the Turkish Visa Application Service (TIVAS). This service is available at several international airports in Turkey and can be accessed 24/7. Fees for applying online through TIVAS vary, but generally range from $30-$60 USD per application.

Alternatives To The Cypriot Visa

If you are a Cypriot citizen and wish to travel to Turkey, there are a few alternative methods of obtaining a visa that may be of interest to you.

Turkey is one of the Schengen Area countries, which means that nationals from countries within the area can travel to most other Schengen Area countries without a visa. If you are travelling for tourism or business purposes and your stay will not exceed 90 days in any 180 day period, a tourist visa is all that is required. For stays longer than 90 days, a business visa will be required.

If you are visiting family or friends in Turkey and your visit will not exceed six months in any 12 month period, you may be able to obtain a six month visitor’s visa without having to show evidence of funds or an onward journey. For visits exceeding six months but not exceeding one year, you will need to provide evidence of funds and an onward journey. For visits exceeding one year but not exceeding two years, evidence of funds and an invitation from a resident of Turkey will be required. For visits exceeding two years but not exceeding three years, proof of funds and an application for permanent residence in Turkey will be required. Finally, for visits exceeding three years an application for citizenship in Turkey will be required.

If you are travelling for business reasons and your stay will exceed ninety days in any 180 day period, a business visa is required regardless of how long your visit will last.
